When you send a text message to our number, we store your phone number and the content of your message so we can save it to your account and display it in the web app. When you use the web app directly, we store the notes you create.
Your phone number and notes are used solely to provide the note-capture service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not use your number to send marketing or promotional messages.
SMS is optional. We only send you SMS after you opt in by texting START to +1 (743) 832-9686. Message frequency: ~1 message per note sent (max ~3/day). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
We rely on Twilio to deliver SMS (Twilio's privacy practices apply to message transport) and Cloudflare (Workers + D1) for storage in their US infrastructure.
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@darkseed.io.
